Elections And Halloween
New York is having such a busy time because of 2 important even,
the Halloween
the Presidential Election
as for the Halloween it was on the 31st of October some of our friend traveled to Madison to take place of the biggest Halloween parade in the United states, but me and Jennifer preferred saving this money which is up to 400$ to spend them in NY on something else, and we went for the Halloween parade in NY which is for me is was so cool and big.
Everyone that night was dressed up in something every single person in the street you couldn’t even separate the real cops from the fake ones.
Me and Jennifer were wearing boxers, mine was a Halloween custom with a Halloween face at the front pocket saying pick a boo J and Jennifer was wearing santa clause boxer and his rest of the costumes.
Some people were naked and coloring all their body in a color
For sure poor George bush was the dummy of the election as many people were disguised in him and of course with very funny and aggressive messages. We went and had fun in the parade and came back home to sleep to start watching the presidential debated the next day, of course NY is such a Democrats which is blue states , mean Kerry supporters so I was the only Arabic, and Even among American that I ve met in New York who was supporting George W bush.
Even My GF was strongly against Bush like the rest.
I don’t know why I was sure that bush will make it and I even bet with every single one I met with so much confidence I don’t know how I was that sure, especially after the stupid Bin laden announcing that Kerry is bad too but he is Better than Bush, so it doesn’t need an asshole to understand that for sure Mr. Ben doesn’t really care about America and the American Well Faire J so this made people who were confused decide to vote for bush I think.
The next night which is the night of counting the ballets we went to watch the count In a bar we were having drinks, and every time they announce that this state has more votes to Kerry every one say yeaa, and I say bugger and then they announce that the other state has more voted for bush and I go yeaaa and everyone looks at me as if I am a crazy Psycho.
Anyway the election is over and Bush made it again, and I still believe he is good with all my respect for my friends who doesn’t like him.
